1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AegisPanel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of the Service

AegisPanel is a proxy intelligence and auditing platform for paid-traffic and digital-marketing professionals. For each proxy, the system cross-references real-time network data — geolocation, provider, ASN, IP classification (residential or datacenter) and proxy/VPN signals from multiple reputation sources — and applies a proprietary classification engine that scores the proxy's compatibility with each ad platform.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the service only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities;
Attempting to bypass, disable or interfere with the system's security features;
Sharing access credentials with third parties;
Reverse-engineering, copying or redistributing the software;
Using unauthorized automation, bots or scripts against the platform.

4. Plans and Payments

AegisPanel plans are charged per-purchase by credit card, with no auto-renewal. Each plan grants a 30 (thirty) day access period from the confirmation of payment. There is no refund after a plan is activated. Extra audit packs (Aegis Boost) can be purchased and expire 24 (twenty-four) hours after purchase.

5. Daily Audit Quota

Service usage is based on a daily audit quota defined by the plan you purchase. Each proxy audit consumes 1 (one) unit of the daily quota.

The daily quota resets automatically at midnight, Brasília time (UTC-3).
Audits not used within the day do not carry over to the next day.
Extra packs (Aegis Boost) add temporary audits that expire 24 hours after purchase.
The daily quota balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

AegisPanel is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we identify a violation of these terms, fraudulent use, or activity that harms other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AegisPanel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current plan.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
